PCV Valve
Help, I have a 2004 Z06 LS-6 stock. I went to Chevy and bought a PCV valve Part #25179136-CV948C. I cant find the valve anywhere. I can't believe there isn't one!

Why did you buy it in the first place? Were you throwing a code?

If this link is correct, you have the pcv valve for 97-03 Vettes. The system changed in 04, I think.

not sure if it changed in 04 but the valve is in a black tube by the throttle body on the passenger side with 02-03 cars. should be a little loop around tube that you can pull apart. inside is the pcv

Thanks for your reply skyavonee. No codes. I just bought the Vette a few months ago, and was doing some pre-maintenance. it has 13,000 miles, and was sitting for a while.
Are you referring to a variable orifice type, or a fixed orifice type? I did get this PCV valve from Chevy, maybe the partsmen made a mistake.
