Reading through as many threads as I can find it appears the best approach to installing the clear corners mod is raising the front end and removal of the lower access panels.
The light assembly shows two holes for fastening, are there any other points that the assembly is secured to the front facia?
Any tips, details or reference to a previous install write up is appreciated.
JWMotoring has great instructions for the ones they sell on their website. Great vendor.
There is also a spring that helps secure the corners and maintains tension.
You can also go in from the top if you are planning an HID conversion to the headlights. I suggest that because I swapped out my corners from underneath the car and then two weeks later installed my ACA HIDs and HID fogs. Knowing after the fact how easy it was to remove the headlights, I would have waited and installed the corners/LEDs/Switchbacks at that time since I could have simply reached in from the top.
This was one of the best mods that I did because of the clean look that resulted. Switched over to the 55W ballast HID fog lights for the complete look...
Mac nicely done. May I ask did you by chance take before and after photos mo? It would be cool to see the diff. Thank you.
Nevermind Guy: VetteJacks attachments shows it pretty good. Thank you.
Here are a few before & after pic's. I went with the amber lenses to eliminate any NC yearly inspection hassles. Bulbs are white LED side lights, switchback white/amber running lights.
