Need Help with Mods
I have a 2002 base model with only 27k miles. I'm looking for fun things to buy to help boost HP. Only thing I have put on is Borla Exhaust. I have about a 2k budget and live close to Chicago, IL. Is there any places anyone would recommend taking it to for work? or anyone that lives in the area could help with some suggestions ? Would prefer to start with easier installs first, I don't think I'm up to ripping the engine apart on this thing quite yet lol.

A lot depends on what you're after and what you're willing to compromise on.
With only $2K to work with, you're not going to get very far. I'd look into a nitrous system with that kind of budget. That'll get you the most bang for the buck.

For close to $2K, you should be able to get some decent LT headers, high flow cats/x-pipe, and a tune. That will give you a bump in performance.

for the supercharger...is there anything else I would need to do before I put that on ..or can the stock handle that ? What goal should I shoot for saving for a good one.
