Boy...I don't know how some of these vendors stay in business. I go online to order a simple item and when it arrives it's the wrong item (go figure). I can only assume no QA process. I call and they check with their provider and Oh we're sorry that item only comes in gray and only small and large, x large. So, at this point I'm ready to climb through the phone cause it was a birthday gift.
So, I gave them a lesson (actually I was barking in their ear) about "How about updating your freaking website". Won't be using them again, nope.

One thing's for sure - if they continue to have an outdated website, they won't be in business for long.
