U need some better pics of the routing. It doesn't look that far off. Does it have a ls6 valley cover?

I agree. From the pic it looks like it only has two lines going to it.

It is a ls6. I will get some more pics when it stops raining where I'm at.
The part that bugs me is the 3 way T in the middle.

Mine only had an in and a out, I don't see why there would be a T in there.

Ok. If u have lines on the back of ur valve covers cap those off. In the top pic take the line on the right of the t off. then u have a line from the tb to the front of the pass valve cover where there's a black line coming from it and going to the t- then red line to the tb.
The other 2 lines look to be fine. I'm gonna pm u a link with the type of pic u need to take in order to be sure. (Basically a pic of the correct way it should look)

Ok here is one more pic of it.

Might be a stupid question this is the pcv valve correct?
do I keep it with the catch can?

and is this a stock part or something added for the can?

That's a stock part. The pcv valve goes in it. Also u dont need any of those zip ties or clamps. And the pcv valve looks right but a new ones cheap and easy to get.

Get a new black boot piece (3rd pic) put the small end to the bottom fitting of the catch can and then stick a new pcv valve into the big end (big side of pcv valve) and then run hose from that to the intake manifold.

Your top fitting on can should go to the valley cover. It appears to be correct already.

Then just do what I already said with the t and your set. Sry that my terms aren't super technical. Hopefully they are understandable

Would a stock LS6 benefit from a vendor catch can? I know the hose routing was improved on the stock PCV, but is it enough to prevent the previous problem of the LS1s. I have a stock '03 Z06, and may do a few mild mods. Just wondering if would be best to start with a catch can?
Thanks,
John
