More help please. Replaced battery yesterday, had alternator checked. It was OK. Went to start it 5 minutes ago and deader than a door nail. Still no codes. The only thing I've noticed in the last couple of days is that I do not have to push memory 2 button to get my seat mirrors, etc to return to driving positions. Everything returns when I turn the key on. Which is correct? What do I need to check? Thanks

Just jumped it off. Strated easily but horn honked til I hit unlock on my key fob. Don't know if that means anything.

Battery charged and back in corvette. Started up...no codes. With key on and engine not running DIC said 12.1...engine running 14.1. Is this acceptable?
14.1v (with engine running) is virtually perfect. It should retain that voltage with lights and heater on, though you may have to rev the engine just a tad.
12.1v with engine off is a tad low, although if cooling fans and such are coming on, then this would necessarily reduce the voltage. Just to be safe, I would recommend charging battery, then taking it someplace that can put a full load test on it.
Thanks for the info. I've been told by an ex-boss that my mechnical aptitude was a -3. Unfortunately for me, that sucks! Will run to town tomorrow and get battery and alternator checked out.
Thanks again.

AutoCraft Gold Battery, Group Size 75-3, 700 CCA from Advance Auto. The battery that
I replaced was a manny,mo & jack 2 year battery for a 2000 pontiac grand am. I'm surprised it lasted the 4 months I've had my corvette.
Turned out to be interior lights. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Had the same problem last year and even after replacing the battery 4 days later it was dead. After getting help from the guys on here I started pulling fuses with my meter until I found the culprit. Most problems are caused by aftermarket add ons, the seats, and some other things. The Aux. CD player in my car was removed and it had an I-pod hookup plugged into the cd wiring. Unplugged it, the meter after a about 30 seconds dropped back to normal and case solved. Some of these guys are pretty slick on here and once again they got me through a situation that could have cost a lot of money for a dealer to track down. Since I am on a budget and have heard the horror stories of leaving a Corvette in the hands of a dealer or repair shop I really appreciate it.
