Again not sure if this is the right section so let me know,
But deciding on Exhaust Axle back currently to get. I have my Eye's on B&B Bullet , Borla Stingers, and I've heard that the GHL Bullets are nice aswell.
Now Out of your guy's personal opinions which sounds best with Stock mid pipe. I would go down the route of doing Longtubes with X-pipe and Keep the Ti exhaust (Which i plan on keeping anyways) but it doesn't look realistic for me currently.
So out of those 3 exhaust's which one sounds best with the stock mid-pipe and would sound good with a x-pipe if i decide to change it down the road?
Lots of sound clips available on Youtube & at the products website. IMHO, when you're about to spend $700+ for sound, your best bet is to go to a Vette show and ask to hear them in person.
sound is very subjective and the internet and computer speakers are no substitute for the real thing. There is a reason why I swapped my Bullets for a set of Tis even and think I got the better end of the deal.
From: Wylie TX --> Less is More, except under the hood !
I went thru a bunch of different exhausts till I found what I liked.
I got GHL Bullets and will not trade them for anything.
No drone and nice deep muscle car sound.
Be careful of exhausts that "Drone or Resonate".
Some like it, but most don't like it.
Like said above.... go to a car show and listen to various exhausts to see what you like.
I have B&B Bullets on my car and it's very loud, and there's a pretty good drone around 1800-2000 rpm's. I only drive about 1000 miles a year, so I can live with it. If it was my daily driver, I think I'd get tired of it pretty quickly.

My car came with B&B rt 66 when I bought it. I added dmh cutouts to the 90 degree bend prior to the mufflers. This spring I added lg headers. With the cutouts closed my car sounds great with no drone. But when I open the cutouts HOLLLLY LOOUUDDD!!!!
Recently installed GHL bullets on mine and I LOVE them. I did the Youtube thing, but hard to tell with so many different combination of mods from each car. Mine is stock H-pipe still, and it is louder and deeper than the OEM unit. Not overkill by any means. My wife was expecting it to be louder...no problem, just means I can do headers or an X-pipe and it won't make my ears bleed.
Mines an automatic and I can tell you I don't hear ANY drone...in fact at cruising I feel it is quieter than stock, now all I hear are the crappy run flats (to be fixed next Spring )
One more thing, two of my co-workers wanted to hear the exhaust earlier this week. One's a MazdaSpeed 3 owner, the other a Subie STI. Their jaws dropped hearing the "American Iron" sound and the next day one told me my car sounded "angry" when I pulled away hard...gotta love that.
I've got Stingers, AR longtubes (and a tune) and a manual transmission. Guy at the dealer said it was the best sounding car they've had in. A club member with Corsa Xtremes said they like my system better.
I can believe that drone might be a problem with this system on an automatic, but I don't have to worry about that.
I've been behind a car with a GHL exhaust, surrounded by cars with Corsa's. I thought the GHL sounded very Borla-like, and decidedly superior to the Corsa's. Definitely distinct from the Corsa's.
But that's just my opinion. And the guy at the dealer. And the owner of the Corsa Xtremes.
I had the Bullets with the stock mid pipe, and hated the sound at idle. X pipe really cleaned up the sound. Sound great but they do drone like crazy though.
100% stock to the axle with GHL Bullets, love the old school sound. An unknowledgeable (non-vette owner) will occasionally ask if it's a big block Nice rumble at idle, WOT is beautiful, almost like stock at cruise with a little noise on the hills.
