Default Thanks for everything folks!

I sold my 2002 electron blue vette yesterday to a great new home. Very nice people who are truly enthusiasts. If I was going to hand pick someone to buy it, I don't think I could have done any better than the people who bought the car.

My old car:

Thanks to everyone on here. This forum is an extremely valuable resource for knowledge on these cars. Many helpful people here and many helpful threads.

For many years, I have had electron blue in the bloodstream, so I'm sure I'll still check in now and again and may get another vette down the line.

Enjoy all those amazing c5's out there

Not immediately, but possibly down the line.

I just got to the point where I got pretty much everything done on it that I wanted to do, so no more projects to work on. I didn't drive it a lot anymore, so it was time for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have over the years.

Congrats on selling the car and great that it went to someone who will take care of it. Hope you still stick around and that another Vette will be in your future.

I think the new owners should be tickled pink about getting your 'old' car - beautiful!

Congrats on the sale and I'm sure you'll miss it. But you know where to turn when you have withdrawals.

I saw that in the F/S section. Glad she went to a good home!

Be aware of severe "Corvette withdrawal". I've had this affliction 3 times and there is really only one remedy. Fortunately, searching for the cure is almost as much fun as the cure itself. However, be advised, don't wait too long......without treatment, this condition will only get worse. Most recent proven prescription remedy......'02 6spd one owner coupe with 15K on the clock...... all symptoms immediately disappeared.

Thanks Jack. I may jump in for a used c7 after 4-5 years into their production.
