Which vendors supply the modified A-pillar with built in tweeter? I've seen a few threads in the past and I'm considering improving the sound of my system a little more.
I had some CNC machined tweeter pods installed in my car. They are available for different size tweeters, and can be moved around until you find the best direction sweet-spot. My installer said they are much more cost effective than doing the entire pillar, and usually sound better as well due to being adjustable. Mine were anodized black.
My radio is still stock, not sure if I want to open that can of worms?
I also told myself and the wife that I was done with the mods, but interested about the A pillar tweeters still
Did you talk to Dennis, I'm sure he has done it before? Someone post pics if you have any please.
Not sure if you can add them with all those performance gauges on your A-pillar.
Although my new stereo and sub sounds a lot better than stock top down, I would still like to bring some sound up from the door speakers. I know Patches modded one of his C5s, but since then I think more vendors are offering a pre-fabbed A-pillar with the tweater speakers integrated. I will check with Dennis as I think he did start offering them.
I would also love to see some pics if anyone has them installed.

Bump for answer. Does the dash need to be removed to remove/install the A-pillars? Where are the access points that hold the A-pillars?
Thanks!
no the dash can stay in place...the a pillar is clipped in...so gently pry on it till the clips pop then remove..its easier with the sun visors removed though I thought
