Would an X-pipe alone get you a little more out of the stock exhaust? That's all I'm really looking for.

I believe unless Corsa has changed once again, they only carry the Sport or Pace Car cat back systems. About three years ago at Corvettes at Carlisle, I slipped on a set of the Extreme's with 4" tips and love the WOT sound. Corsa is known for engineering aspect of eliminating the drone at high speed. They also highly recommended at installation to install the H pipe inorder to allow the full release of air coming out of the header assembly of which I said "Do it". So, don't forget the H pipe, you'll regret it if you pass on it.

I think it's time for a refresher on the difference between an X-pipe and an H-pipe.

Just change the exhaust, your smile will be much bigger than just an x-pipe swap. Plus you get new tips that say, my exhaust is no longer stock!!

They off the Pace Car (Sport) and Xtreme systems. I went with 14962. I have seen the Black tips in person and I think they would look awesome on lighter colored cars.

There is no HP gains with an X-Pipe on a stock car...

But it does improve the sound IMHO

I went with the Xtreme's and X-pipe!!! Awesome sound!! NO DRONE at all!!
You can drive around town very casual, with a nice V8 tone, your throttle becomes your volume control...more throttle more sound!
IMO, x-pipe is a must!
