Alternator Question
Hi,
I got a Low voltage message on my C5 2001 when I was heading out. So I thought that my battery was bad which wasnt right since I got it few months ago. Made a trip to Autozone and found out my battery was good but wasnt charging.....
So I think my alternator is bad or going bad......
If this is the case any recommnedation of where to buy alternators from and are there other than the stock one
Any comments are greatly appreciated

Many forum members have had great luck with the Pep Boys of the world. I would, however, start with gene@gmpartshouse.com. I had 2 alternators on my '01 Z06 before I found the right part number. BTW, both were recommended by other sources.
