Just on looks alone I would walk away. Sorry, but all that exterior stuff would have to come off before I would buy it unless I got one heck of a deal and the stuff was easily removable.

Cosmetically it is not to my taste but that is immaterial if you like it. As others have posted, with you knowing the history of the car as represented in documentation, there are better cars available at similar or lower pricing.
