Sorry for you guys who are still having issues.
Are they the highest quality on offer, no! Then again I paid for what I received.
The sound however is for me is, terrific!

I'm calling on Monday to see the status of my repair work order and if they even got it. I replied to Jeff's email but never got a confirmation. If worse comes to worst with me, I can have a local exhaust shop fab up a new tip piece. Shouldn't be too hard. I'm hoping that I can just get a replacement though.

I bought a set as well and the quality was very poor. Returned it a few weeks ago and havent heard a word from jeff since. Still no refund and just filed a complaint with my credit card company.

I knew I wouldn't get a refund without returning the exhaust. I wanted to return it and give GHL the opportunity to issue the refund voluntarily. The refund didn't happen so I was forced to file the dispute with PayPal within their 45 day time limit.They ruled in my favor but stated "You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to the
seller."
A better question is why didn't GHL do the right thing and issue me return call tags when I said I wanted a refund on their defective product? Or why didn't GHL credit me back thru PayPal for the $50 cost of return shipping?
The biggest mystery of all is why would GHL even ship product that looked so bad. Doesn't anybody inspect the product before its boxed up for shipping???

I searched, researched, YouTube'd and ended up purchasing GHL Bullet axle backs. What a great sound, just love it!
I did have some fitment issues with one aver axle pipe and a misaligned tailpipe. I contacted GHL and Jeff was my contact. The response, super fast and overall fantastic service and support!!

Has anyone heard anything at all from GHL within the last month? I'm filing a complaint with the BBB (basically to make myself feel better) because I'm getting pretty ****ing tired of having the phone go straight to voicemail and no answer after repeated email attempts. I'll bump this in the morning since I posted this late.

AS you can see, there is love and hate about the same system. People will try to push you in their direction. While others will try to keep you as far from them as possible. My point was ( is ) with respect to exhaust systems, don't believe anyone. Especially here.

I don't think any of us are hating on the sound or the build quality of GHL systems from a few years ago. But the quality of product that many of us received in the last few months is not even sub-par.

The tips I received (2 sets) looked like crap and should have gone in the manufacturer's reject bin, not shipped to a buyer. I doubt that many of you reading this would have allowed them on your car.POTENTIAL GHL BUYERS...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I went ahead and filed a formal complaint through the BBB against them. I think I'll probably start a GHL complaint thread later today in the Transactions Feedback.
