hello corvette friends , im looking to talk to someone about about getting some new rims made up for my 50 anv c5 , and ive no idea who to talk to about them , i was wondering if anyones done this and who would they recommend , thx
Are you talking about a whole new design just for you? Or just new wheels? What's your budget and desired look? Personally I would go with some CCWs or some nice 3-piece forged wheels.
i know its not going to b cheap i got an idea that i know is not out there so it would have to be made , i just was hoping to talk to a maker and go from there
50th like others stated, you will need to be more specific & I'm sure you will get helpful advice. Below in my sig is my 50th with CCW's powdercoated blk. I'm sure many more will chime in!
ok to be more specific i love the look of my factory rims , 50 anv colored , i would like to keep the same style and color only bigger , 19 front and back and a little wider , so i can keep same look and yet add bigger brakes and rotors in near future , so thats my thoughts on some new shoes , i know anything can be done for the right $ but i was just inquiring on posibilities

Talk to forum vendor JW Motoring and see what he can put together for you. Not sure he has a set that would be all 19" wheels, and they would be reproduction wheels, but worth a shot. And maybe they can be powdercoated to match the 50th AE wheel color.

WOW you must be rich. The thought of a design, manufacturing,
trade mark etc..............boggles my mind. Yes , I wish you well
let us know how your wheels turn out..

Contact JW (forum vendor), I know he sells wider than stock size thin spokes. As far as the color, powdercoating would probably be the way to go. You can also contact John at CCW (if you google him, you will find him, CCW stands for Complete Custom Wheel). He can do an SP500 - similar to factory thin spokes (that's what I have on my car) & get them powdercoated to your color of choice.
Finally if money is no object, you can contact a place like HRE & I'm sure for an agreed $$$ they will make anything you want! Good luck & let us know what you go with & pics.

While the design and manufacturing will probably cost a pretty penny, trademark, i.e.: copyright infringement would only really apply if 50 ANV C5 or whomever he gets to make the wheels attempts to turn it into a commercial venture by selling additional copies of the wheels.
If 50 ANV C5 is only having one set made for himself, then there isn't really any copyright infringement.
It's akin to making a copy of a CD for your own use.
Any company that manufactures their own two and/or three piece wheels should be able to do what you want. Intro wheels has done one offs on shows I've watched but for the price you'd be better off picking a high end design you like from HRE, CCW, etc.

Try Finspeed awesome company and all one piece forged 100%American made.
An economical approach to what you're seeking:
Put your rear 18x9.5 on the front and buy another pair of the rears. Take two to a wheel refurb place and have them extend your barrels to 11" (or thereabouts). Although they're not 19", you'll get the desired look and without even having to paint/powder coat the wheels. Should be fairly inexpensive route to go rather than have new wheels custom made. You may even save a few $ on tires, too.
