I don't know if they have all the colors, but at the GM dealer the extenders are usually free.
My local dealer gave me two of them (black ones) simply by asking for them. I don't know if they still have the colors, but I would start there. You can't beat free and OEM.

Good luck.
I've looked every where on the net, but I can't find a 3" seat belt extension for the drivers side or the passengers side either. And you can forget about a choice of colors. I really thought that this was going to be a easy find, but no way !
I just go one for my 2000 last week from a chevy dealer, CHEVY WILL GIVE YOU ONE FOR FREE< FREE< FREE< the dealer had to order it and I just went a picked it up!!!!!! the only color they have is black, which it what I needed anyway, but there shouldn't be any reason the fabric could't be sprayed with the fabric spray
Just a really dumb question - but on my 2001 the driver side seat belt has a section that is lapped over and stitched - which I believe - is a 'built in' extension. Doesn't yours have the same thing? If so, just remove the stitching and you have an additional 6 inches, same color and no additional buckles.
