Try checking out the offerings of Ecklers or Mid-America. There is one style that attaches with suction cups and another that has clips to hold the insert in place. I would think the clips would be the better option.

I bought & installed the static cling type 3 years ago and it's still attached perfectly. You just need to make sure the underside of the glass is PERFECTLY CLEAN and that the temperature of both the glass top and the roof insert are about the same.

Thanks, I was hoping to attach after driving to a location without having to take the top off.

That might be your problem. Trying to attach it overhead. I took my top off and placed it upside down on the floor (in my house) on top of some soft blankets. Then I washed it good with soap & water, then dried it, then sprayed it with Windex. It's still on after 3 years.
