looking for tires wheels for C5. I want to stay with original look. I pulling toward Michelin...I have run flats, noisy but take long trips in car would prefer to stay with
I noticed yesterday right front tire, inside no tread...alignment problem?
I think you will find it is an alignment issue. I have noticed several owners I know replacing their fronts before the rears. The extreme wear on the inside is a giveaway. By the way I have also been looking at the Michlin ps as2. Just got a quote from Discount Tire for about 600 dollars cheaper than thr Goodyear Run Flats. With a better ride, longer tread life and all season capability I think I'm sold.

If you want to stick with runflats, the Michelins are about the best choice. However, if you do eventually consider non-runflats, I'd recommend the Hankook Ventus V12 EVOs - great pricing, very smooth/quiet ride and the car handles well with them on.
Have had GoodYear EMTs on my old car for years, Michelin Pilot ZPs on my new car. The difference in ride and noise is night and day favoring the Michelins.
'89 that has had c5 rims, i think, put on it. chrome and 1" bigger on the rear. Besides the speedometer being off, any issues i should look for. Shifts really early unless i'm on it pretty good, normal?
