bought used vararam missing pieces

bought used vararam missing pieces
So I purchased a Vararam CAI from here from a member but its missing the air scoops the pieces that connect at the bottom into the brake ducts... I'm not sure if I should contact him and try to get my money back or if I could still use it without those two pieces.. Is there anywhere I could buy those pieces? I'm not sure if the guy will even respond to me now, probably knowing it was missing parts in the first place.

If the vararam seller had a picture of said item for sale with a complete system, I'd contact him & let him know that you didn't recieve every thing & that you want reimbursed for parts not received.
Unless he practically sold it for nothing.
If that is case, remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't true.
