When my head lights close, the driver side actuator with the adjustment ****, vibrates terribly for about 5 seconds. Head light works normal, but makes loud embarrassing noise. Anyone know how to stop this? Thanks so much!

I bet you have a busted headlight gear. Easy fix if you have patience. Most people replace them with a brass gear to prevent future failures.
Your headlight actuator motor gear is toast. You need to either change the gear inside the actuator or get a new actuator. Forget getting a new actuator because they are incredibly expensive and you will be facing the same problem again in the future due to the nylon gear wearing and eventually the teeth breaking off.
I just changed the gears in both actuators last week. I went with the rebuild kit sold by Rodney Dickman. His kits are the best and he ships the kits out very quickly.
