Ugh. Reminds me of our lovebug swarms in Florida, however those grasshoppers are a lot bigger! Better wash them off before the gut acid eat into the clearcoat.

I still had about 8 of them under the hood, even with the mesh...must have been sucked up from underneath.

Some people would consider that murder. How dare you drive your car at night in the summer when all the bugs are trying to fly around and enjoy the evening!!!!!

My wife thinks I'm crazy for waxing my Z every other week. I showed her how easy the bug **** washed off and told her this is why I do it. I shouldn't say I wax it because I own a used car lot and have detail guy. Lol

LOL, I read the subject and was expecting a post about a date night with your wife plus lots of adult beverages... isn't there a cocktail called a grasshopper? Anyway, I am sure you guys had a nice time in the Vet - that's what it's all about.

Murder? To the car or the grasshoppers? Lots of suicidal grasshoppers if you ask me!

Normally, I would have washed her off that night...but it was our anniversary and it was probably best that I didn't.

I'm not lying when I say this, but there are grasshoppers bigger than the toad frogs around here!
