3 score ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new car, conceived in the need for speed, and dedicated to the proposition that all cars are not created equal.

It's the 59 th birthday, they didn't make one in 1983 apparantly. But mine was built in 1983, some argue that the 84 is the 30th annaversary but the 88 is the 35 th?? So according to GM corvette took 1983 off but still the 88 is the 35 th and so on? Ah screw it its the 60th and the 83 is the 30th!!!!

The first Corvette rolled off the line on June 30, 1953 so the 60th anniversary would have been June 30, 2013. But in any case, what a run it has been for the Vette.
