Porsche cars (besides the Carerra GT and 918) are not supercars...they are just sportscars in the same league as the Corvette. I never understood why people said the Vette was the American Ferrari...IMHO, it's the American Porsche.

That's what is said about the C5 big butt too...but I love it anyway. I guess the C7 is holding true to the Corvette tradition of funky @sses.
In pictures the C5 rear (especially the Z06) looks huge...in person it looks great. I think the same thing is happening with the C7.

They had that C7 Green Thing down hear at Texas Motor Speedway a few months back,,,it was the color of the British Racing Green Jaguar,,all I could do is laugh
After seeing it in person I must agree the front is fairly sharp, but the rear
I think they must have brought over the Pontiac gang when they shut that line down,,,remember the old Azetec, There you go. Spittin image in the rear with a little Crossfire mixed in 
If ever in DFW area you will have to stop in at our Sunday night Get Together, 7pm in Plano at the Brick House, food sucks but we have a good time, usually between 8 to 25 of us show every Sunday

I said coolest car, not the rarest or most expensive! By the way, I don't dream cars, I'd rather own them and drive them. My brother has several Ferarri's, [he restores them] but they to me don't have the coolness of a "shoebox Chevy"!
P.S. I do have a "55" Chevy [my fourteenth] that is worth more than 90% of the c-5's or c-6's on the road but it's not for sale as some cars are keepers and this is one I'll keep. Mr. Jean would under stand I bet!

IH-10 runs right through Nawlins, so I would assume these two drivers were enroute somewhere and stopped for chow. Is that a Mickey D's parking lot?
Judging by the Michigan plates, they probably are still GM owned.
Did you answer why you DIDN'T get "T-Tops" with your Z?
Personally I like them so far. Better than the C6 AAMOF.

And they only stopped for a drink both got a coke. LOL
And when he asked why I didn't get T-top's I said it wasn't an option, He then went on to say the C7 was designed to be a convertible from the start and it was sooo reinforced it didn't need a hard top.
Me being me (I'm a smart a**) I asked so when the Z06 and ZR1 come out are they going to be convertibles too? In which he replied yes that's what the car was designed for.
I ended the conversation with okay I'm just going to take some pictures now.
And if the ZR1 is a convertible when it comes out I will feel like a asshat. haha
