Does anyone have any experience or has purchased any OE Wheels?
They look very nice and are affordable but i hate buying something i do not see in person.
I also plan on purchasing the new tire sensors.
The wheels are 17 x 18.5 front and 18 x 19.5 rear.
I am fairly new to threads so i apologize because i believe i posted this under Tech earlier.
What type of OE wheels are you looking for? I bought the stock 00-04 polished thin spoke for my 99 from gmpartsdirect.com They bolted tight on with no issues. I also transfered my old sensors from the ugly old rims to the new thin spokes with no issues. Don't have any experience with those who make aftermarket wheels, maybe someone else can chime in with that. Here's my 99 with the newer rims. looks 100% better:
I've purchased 2 sets of C5 Z06 Motorsport rims from WCC, one for my Camaro and the most recent for the Vette. Great service and no complaints on either.
LouiO "The Living Legend" "The Hammer" Its your car bud as long as your happy that's all that matters and yes I agree any after market wheel is an improvement over stock. In my opinion these are two of the top wheels constructed for the price...
The CCW Classics is also an awesome wheel and Lou you could probably pick up a set of gently used ones for about a nickel each, keep your stocks at one of your properties and when you want to upgrade vehicles to that 2014 you're thinking of, simply put stock back on and sell the new ones outright. Elementary dear Louis
