Way over the top, The owner might work at that stereo shop and deals with a lot of imports and thinks it is cool.

Tint is legal in Florida up to a certain percentage, however I can't imagine that red stuff qualifies. The good news is that it distracts from the rear spoiler.
I live near Bradenton so I will keep an eye out for that beauty...
