heads up display

heads up display will turn blue and say check gauges when I check gauges no problems, has happened several times and it seems to clear itself.
what is the fix?

If the sun hits it at a certain angle, the entire display will seem to be lit. It goes away as soon as you make a turn away from direct sunlight.

This may be the phenomenon you're observing.

I agree. It's also 'noted' in the user manual. Right sun angle, blue display which 'lights up' the entire screen. If this is what's happening, there isn't any problem.

That freaked me out the first time that happened to me a few years ago - everything was displayed at once and then disappeared when i changed direction.
