Gene, I'm being lazy, but how difficult is this entire job? I'm not an amateur, but I keep picturing the whole suspension falling apart when I remove the sway bars. Also, are the shocks just unbolt and replace?

Suspension upgrade on Jackstands in my driveway
Easy Job.
I bought this from him in 2014.
Installed the whole thing in a few hours.
Took my time.

Look at the picture, the old (removed) parts are there with the new parts I bought from him. The sway bars he sells make the originals look anemic.
The shocks are 'fatter' too.

Shock install helpful hint
The shocks need to be 'compressed' to get them into place.
I used a zip extension cord to tie them into the compressed state for installation.
Leave them 'compressed' until you've got the top bolts installed.
Then untie the cord, allow them to extend, and put the bottom bolts in.
All done.
I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you get the metal end links for this.

I've been thinking about the C6 Z51 sway bars and C6 Z06 shocks upgrade for my '02 coupe with Z51 but the car only has just over 34K on the clock. The shocks are original but I'm curious if shocks "wear out" over time?
The car is also lowered on the stock bolts; will that make a difference with the C6 Z06 shocks in terms of installation and ride quality?

With over 80,000 miles on mine since doing this install in 2012 I can't say enough good about this set up and with my dealing with Gene and Patrick. Great guys to deal with. I can tell that mine are starting to show some age but after 5 years and 80,000+ miles the C6Z shocks and C6Z51 sways (with metal end links) is still one of my favorite upgrades I did to my FRC.

Thanks Gene,
I've received the z06 shocks and sway bars for my '97. The first run made today with new parts. What a difference. The old F45 shocks were totally gone. The car sits a little higher but came down a bit after an one hour drive.
P.S you should mention to your overseas customers to use the ebay channel. The freight costs are way more affordable there than on your own webshop.
Thanks again for great products and service.
