I've owned both Corsa and Borla systems. I'm starting to like the Borla sound better. It has a throatier growl compared to the Corsa. They're claiming that the drone is now gone with their newest muffler designs as well.

GM ZO6 Ti exhaust. Cheap, lite, looks good, can handle high horsepower, no drone, and with headers it sounds excellent. Even louder with heads and cam. Want it more noisy? Do the bypass mod.
Any suggestions on make and model of exhaust to add a little "growl" but not excess cabin noise?
I used to have the Borla Stinger Quad tips on my 02 Torch Red Z06. The quad tips look like bazooka's and sounded awesome. I bought a partition for like $100 (back then) to knock down some of the cabin drone and it worked for me. I got TONS of compliments on the sound. Many people used to chat with me when stopped in traffic and asked what I did to get that awesome sound. I also got lots of feedback that people could hear me from mile away!
Best advice is the hear various exhausts in person on other vehicles. Go to a Corvette event and check them out.
I've got LG street headers connected to BB RT 66 cat back. I've got dmh electric cutouts installed right next to the mufflers for when I want it to scream.
Corsa has a few different options depending how extreme you want to go. If I were you check out all the different exhaust system sound clips and go from there.
