Thank you for the kind words. its been my pleasure for the most part to help where I can. Some time my passion gets in the way of my tact.
It's an obvious flaw in my personality. The good outweighs the bad.

Another one here that has learned a bunch from Bill, from posts on my threads, post to others threads and PMs.Knowledge and experience shared is priceless!
Yes, I agree. I'm so new with all this car stuff, but I am learning. Evil Twin gave me so much "basic" advice it made me realize that taking car of my little vettie is a life long commitment..with a definite learning curve, and I'm gonna love it and learn it!! This is such a relaxing thing for me after working in nursing for years and years. Thanks to you all, and many questions along the way no doubt.
It's funny in some aspects, since ET has had to set some other posters on the right path after their claim(to knowledge) when he was actually involved in the workings and development of the C5.
Some things can become a point of discussion which is fair game for bench racers and others. But when you get the facts from Bill(ET) it's like hearing a large booming voice from above telling you what's the truth. Remember the ole Bill Cosby comedy skit where he says God talked to Noah?
Like many on this forum have learned over the years.....How very fortunate we are to have his input and advice. How cool is it that you can actually get a GM Engineer who developed this car to post? Absolutely COOL!

Sometimes I just scroll through threads of interest and glance at the first few sentences of some of the posts.
But when I see a post by Bill, no matter how long the post is (!), I read every word.
I always come away better educated.
Yeah, sometimes he can come off as a bit gruff around the edges, (passion gets in the way of tact, I believe he said,) but the tradeoff is that 99% of what he says is platinum.

If it's a flaw, it's a very helpful flaw. I for one appreciate your posts that expose the BS that could cause damage and safety issues. For example the myth behind ceramic breaks. Your knowledge will help me choose the better break pads when I need a break job.
Well deserved recognition to "Evil Twin" who shares his wealth of knowledge to our CF community.
Alway enjoy is threads and responses to the myriad of issues raised!
Keep being EVIL, "Evil Twin"
