OK i have searched a little i work 14 hrs a day so i thought i would just ask to simplify .
I'm going to be running a fast 102mm intake and a NW 102mm throttle body and a tsp 100mm mass air flow, will this work with the vararam or should i get a new air intake? (
if so which one ?)
where to get couplers?
anything else i would need
It should work but you will probably have to find couplers depending on sizes of the tubing and TB. I have the NW 102 and it was larger than my air bridge. I could not find a coupler that had the right size on both ends. I learned that some silicon is reinforced with fibers and some is not. This is important for forced induction because they can make the couplers pop if its not reinforced. Since my engine is N/A and the section I needed was very minimal I used a piece that is not reinforced. The coupler only seals the joint for me and does not actually fill in any space between tubing. With a piece that was not reinforced I was able to stretch it over the TB and it already matched the air bridge I had.
I will be running the same set up. I had just Returned my TSP Mass Air Flow,
because the Haltech Killer Bee II includes the integrated probe style LS7/LS3/LS9 MAF sensor.
The whole intake system is 102mm.
That's 102mm all the way through with no steps nor air flow Restrictions.
