Black Wing and sound
Just got my 3rd vette, a 2003 Z06. My first was a 2002 Z06 and I put Borla Stingers and a Blackwing on it. It sounded great and breathed great.
I'm thinking of just putting on a Blackwing (for now). Has anyone done this. Does it affect the sound with the stock Z06 exhaust at all?

Yeah, any aftermarket intake gives you a little more growl than the stock airbox when you're accelerating. I'm not sure if it's noticeable from outside the car, but it is from inside the cabin. You hear the difference from in front of you (the engine), not behind you (the exhaust), as one might expect.
