3M product testing ?
Has anyone tested out this new 3M paint protection film on the front of your Corvette ? They had a piece about on "Motorweek last night and It really appeals to me as a one time apply and remove kind of paint protection system for taking the Corvette on a road trip. And when you get home, just pull it all off and trash can the film.

My neighbor did his whole BMW in that stuff after he bought it. He has no complaints so far. Unsure about long term use if it begins to fade, or if anything gets underneath it over time.

I also saw that on Motor Week last night too, did you catch the new Vette part on the beginning.
I like the fact that it will stay on for a year, I might try it but also want some first hand reviews before I will try it. Anyone know how much it costs?

+1. There was mention of this on the forum a little while ago - might do a search on the old threads. Would like to hear more about it from someone who has installed it and had it on the car for a while.
