C5 Visor Connector - UGH

OK, so after 30 minutes of trying to get the connector apart, I am about 30 seconds from getting the nippers!

Any suggestions on how the "bleep" to get this apart or what the "bleep" I am doing wrong?

(Sorry for the upside down pic - I am new at this - LOL

I'm laughing as I remember that clip being a PITA when I removed my visors in my Vert. If I can recall, I used a very small screwdriver and pried each side apart gently

small standard blade screw driver is what I used.

I finally got it apart - like you I had to use a little flathead screwdriver to get them apart. I really didn't want to break it. All is good! (For NOW - lol)
