Perhaps someone has, but if you want to upgrade your stereo speaker system, have you given thought to talking with Dennis at Double D Mods? He is very knowledgeable on aftermarket stereo systems for the Corvette and can give you not only good advice, but can recommend a great set of speakers and get it to you at a very good price. Just something to consider.

I bought my stealth box from Vettenuts for MUCH less than the JL Audio one. I already had a JL Audio 10W3. When I got the box, I ported it myself (really simple 5 min process) since I knew that the inside of the compartment the box sits in will also act as a resonant part of the sytem. I changed all my speakers out to Polk Audio and added Polk tweeters. It is powered with a JL Audio 700/5 mounted real neat against the back compartment panel. I know it is not stereo equipment but I put an Escort 9500ix (with Blendmount under my rearview) and then ordered a custom phone mount from Poclipusa.com. ...and it ROCKS!...

My box is very similar to the stealth and I have an image dynamics and love it. I did have the jl stealth in my Trans am and absolutely loved it (w6v2) check out mad vettes here in tn. Dave makes some killer enclosures

I was going to go with that if I didn't like the way the stealth box sounded. I like those corner cubby hole boxes you guys make. Your prices were much more reasonable than anywhere else on the boxes. LOL.. a local shop wanted $450 just to build a stealthbox. I told the guy he was drinking and not sharing.
