Passenger Door Lock
I have a 99 c5 vert and the passenger side door lock will not lock electrically, will not lock with either the drivers or passenger side control or when the car is running and put in gear. Will unlock using all of those methods however. Will lock and unlock manually. Would it be a bad actuator in the door although you can hear it make a sound when you hit a control to "lock" any thoughts...
