Problem With a Vendor

I am having a problem with a forum vendor that sourced a part thru another forum vendor that is measurably a different size than the OE part and neither are responding. I am avoiding any reference to the names as that is not my style. I have been trying for over a week and am getting no place. Is there a forum defined process or administrator that I may PM to discuss this.

I would word a reply in our transaction/feedback section of these forums. Not naming the vendors allows others to possibly get in the same situation you are in.
