NEED help please

hi guys
i have c5zo6 2003 the pcm a failure and need to change and i found another pcm but for 1999 ?
if will normally work I can turn it into 2003, but my question if i meet Saausband problems or not and it will work normally or not ...
I hope Advice ...

There are many, many differences between a pre 2001 and a later one. No it will not work.
