Default 98 air bridge question

ok so here is my dilema... i currently have an aftermarket intake/ air bridge on my 98 coupe, since its a 98 i needed to drill the airbridge for the IAT to be fitted, by end of the month im doing an Ls2 MAF swap. so that will be the 3pin to 5 pin conversion eliminating the IAT sensors... my question is what do i do with the previous hole with the sensor, can i block it off and if i can how do i go about doing so? anyone else with an earlier model go through this? dont really want to spend on a newer model air bridge when mine is still good... thanks in advance !

Will the stock air bridge fit till you get the new maf? Or just use you stock air filter and bridge till you do the change. I wouldn't drill a hole if I didn't have too.

I've had the aftermarket bridge on for about 2 years now... Just now changing my MAF to ls2 so I had to drill the air bridge for sensors ...

I guess I need a reading comp class, I guess you could fill the hole with a filler sand and paint. Or fill sand and hydro dip in a carbon fiber color of choice. Or sell the old one and buy a new one with no hole.

Some members are telling me that I can get a rubber plug and just plug it... Wanted to see other options ..

Check lowes for rubber plugs, I'm pretty sure you will find what you need there.
