Default Power question

Hey guys haven't been on in a while so give ya a quick up date.
So far i've put on 7k miles since i got my Z06 in June 2013. And absolutely love my car. So far i got Billy boat Bullets, and Callaway intake.
Heres a current picture

any ways i've been looking up modifications for the z06 next. But because i live in **** california i really don't want to do anything that will do anything with smog. So gone threw my options and so far this is what i got.

My N/A set up would be this: C6 Z06 Exhaust swap (Manifolds too) , LSA cam or a custom grind cam without to much over lap, and ported and polished heads with a Fast LSX-R Intake and tune.
As for the N/A set up , what cam could i do and still pass smog with? My goal with the N/A set up would be to pass smog easily and make a good amount of power.
After doing some research i heard the G5X1E will pass easily. is this true ? and how much power would I expect to pick up if i decided to go with this cam.

My super charger set up would be : Magnasun Super charger or even a PRocharger P1SC

and Turbo obviously would be STS TURBO

My question is this, If i decided to Go FI, how much power *SAFELY* can a LS6 motor hold without blowing up?

We need your budget first, then we'll be MUCH better able to talk options...

I would assume if your options include FI, you already know the cost of that. I think A&A does a legal SC system for CA., and this will give you WAY more bang than any NA (legal) mod, and if tuned correctly, will be safe,(there's no guarantee your engine is "safe"; even stock) and not change drivability at all, like a cam. Leave some money set aside for clutch, and drive train upgrades, unless you never drive it hard.
I also think that the Magnason/Edelbrock, etc. can be had CARB certified.
