Default Experience with Lingenfelter Packages

Hi folks. I've been seeing a number of references to Lingenfelter performance packages, so I thought I'd investigate. I see that the packages aren't exactly cheap! But I'd like to hear from those who have had an upgrade from Lingenfelter. Was the cost worth it?

What package are you looking at? They make good stuff, however there prices are insanely high! There are better companies to deal with and are cheaper.

Companies like that charge a high price for their name. I'd look at some sites like Texasspeed and find everything Lingenfelter offers at a much cheaper price. Unless of course they are offering free installation of their packages. Sometimes places have deals like that.

But to answer your question. Sure, they are high quality. But so are many other brands, and they work in a competitive price range.

Thanks for your input. I'm just gathering info right now and haven't decided on any particular package. But I'll check Texasspeed and see what they offer. What other companies are out there that provide similar products/service? Thanks much!

ECS and A&A are the best choices for S/C, they are both forum vendors!

Check out some of these: Parts Taxi for suspension and brakes and that kind of thing. Ive got parts at a site called Corvette Garage. Zip-corvette has lots of goods. Pfadt racing if you want real high end stuff. These and Texas Speed are mostly distributors. But Texas Speed makes a lot of their own stuff too. There are a lot out there. I even got a set of Bilstein shocks at a site called Parts Geek before. Very cheap site. Summit Racing only sells quality parts too.
