It is a C5 convert Royal Blue / 23/WA348D paint code. Would I be just as well off going to a Chev dealer or ordering on line?

You're still holding out info, there are a lot of blues on the 8 year run. When you ask questions, it's good to include the year and type (Z06/convertible/coupe, etc) to get the best answers. WA348D is Nassau Blue. I'd try the dealer first, but lots of places stock touch up paint. You can go to an automotive paint store and they'll blend your actual car color if you like.
Edit: I looked at your profile picture, that's definitely Nassau Blue.

I was happy with the pewter touchup paint I got from automotivetouchup.com, and back when I had my '99 Electric Green Cobra Mustang, - the touchup I got from them was spot on.
Thank you everyone for your comments. Some of the paper work that came with the car referred to Nassau Blue as the color but now I am sure that is the color.
The advantage of using one of the above is that the paint is ready made--and hasn't been setting on a warehouse shelf for the last 5 years. Fresh paint. I have used www.paintscratch.com for all of my vehicles-some of which are 22 years old-always a perfect match and the paint is special mixed.
When you ask questions, it's good to include the year and type (Z06/convertible/coupe, etc) to get the best answers.
And even then there is no asurance you will get a perfect match.
Millenium Yellow, for example...I learned the hard way that although the paint code for MY stayed the same from year to year, GM changed the formula ever-so-slightly so that one year's color may not be an exact match for another year.
Even worse, for some colors (like MY), you must first apply the correct base coat (or primer) or else the MY won't match.
OK VETJAZZ, your car looks to be the same color as mine WA348D. I was not going to get the clear coat but if you think I need it I will order that also.
Thanks for the advise.
