Q (A) Can TPS units be removed/installed without removing the tire from the rim just by breaking the bead and collapsing the tire to access?
Q (B) Has anyone purchased and installed drivers side mirror with just the peel and stick affair available on e bay, is it an acceptable fix or look poorly?
Q (C) What the heck is this thing found on the frame engine compartment...I have wondered for a long time? Just below the dead fly....See pic.
Thankyou for your input. That would be all the questions from me for this year. Greetings, Rob

A. Yes. But you have to have hydraulic tire changing equipment to do it. I've watched the guys at Discount Tire do it (recently too).
B. Have never seen the peel and stick mirror on a car so no legit answer. However, when I had the driver side floppy mirror problem, I broke my originial mirror installing it. I ordered a replacement mirror for $20 and simply replaced the original. You'd probably be ok with the peel and stick but have never heard of anyone who did it.
C. No idea whatsoever...
A: Yes, I had them removed without removing the tire from the original wheels at a local tire dealer and after having them rebuilt installed in my BBS wheels with runflats without removing the tires. I even reprogramed the sensors before they went back in the wheels.
No ideas on B&C sorry.
