I daily drive my 2000 Vette, and it's getting pretty cold here. I noticed whenever I turn or go over a bump, the front end squeaks very loudly. I looked it up, and I saw it might be the suspension, and to tighten the bushings. However, when I push down on the front end with my hands(right next to the flip up lights) it squeaks the same as when I'm driving, so would it be the suspension? Anything to fix this? It's pretty annoying. Thanks for any help!

I had the same thing. I replaced the front sway bar bushings, and the noise went away. Pretty common problem.
Mine makes that noise too but only when it is cold... I have only had the car for a couple of weeks so haven't had time to check it out. If you find and fix yours post it.

Seems like the sway bar bushings are the most common source of a squeak like that. To fix mine I just wrapped the sway bar in teflon tape where it contacts the mounts. I plan on ordering some new poly mounts soon, but I just want to confirm that was the source of the noise. The sway bar mounts are easy to get at and there's only two bolts per side so it's an easy thing to try particularly if you have ramps.
