Default TCM-Traction Control module/ where is it?

I got a '01 with no communication with TCM. Where to start on fix. I've already checked and cleaned the grounds. Also have ABS light which for some reason prevents my HVAC system from working. What's up? Any recommendations?
I'd appreciate any input on this.
Thanks..

Any time you see multiple & random errors, it's a good idea to check you battery first.
It can be good enough to start your car and bad enough to give you bunches of erroneous errors.

Thanks everyone. The battery is only a year old but I'll check it anyway. Any other possible fixes?

Note: I've got headers with rear o2 sensors in the front. Still throwing a code on the sensors. It's driving me crazy. Code only appears in the morning after first start. I'll clear it and it won't come back even after multiple starts. Right now my biggest issue is the lack of HVAC.
