I ran over an unknown object in the road a few weeks back and bent both passenger side wheels on my 2001 car. Where is the best place to buy two new wheels? I'm sure the dealer is the most expensive but is there anywhere else to buy new?

are they factory wheels? You have to be specific when asking for help. Do you want OEM or reproduction wheels. If you want genuine GM wheels then Gene Culley at GM Parts house, a supporting vendor here, can help you out.

You can also have those wheels fixed if they are not too bad. But they will not be as strong as New wheels.

If they are the factory wheels, try looking in the C5 parts for sale section - used wheels come up for sale quite often. Or you can try vendors like Marc at VetteNuts or Corvette Recycling.
In my opinion, you run the risk of buying used wheels that may not be perfectly round, unless the used wheels have been certified. Not only can used wheels be out of round, they can also be skewed. Two different conditions that will cause you grief. Some people know their wheels are bad and try to sell them. Others don't know they are bad and try to sell them.. Sometimes the tires on used wheels can be an indicator of their condition. Many wheels are sold without tires.
Just something to consider.
Thanks for your responses. The wheels i need to replace are the factory polished aluminum wheels. I went online to GM parts house and it looks like they can save me some money over the dealer price. Thanks for the suggestions.
You also might want to check on Ebay--I saw a complete set of polished wheels and he may sell you the two fronts(17x8.5?) that you need. Just be sure to buy from a reputable seller.

Update:
Thanks everyone for the info and suggestions.
Decided on option B for now. Since i didn’t pay extra for the wheels I will not
spend anything more.
If/when I decide to change them, I will try option D.
