Hud in C5 automatic trans vette

Hud in C5 automatic trans vette
Considering a 2004 vette, auto trans with hud.
After starting the car the hud came on in the proper position but only showed an oddometer reading. Is this it?
No tach readings or anything else. This is not a complaint just want to sure if it's functioning properly.
The vette has 51,000 miles on the oddometer (Lemans Blue with shale colored interior. Looks very clean; may be able to get it for $19,000.

Now if after pressing the page button a few times the display doesn't change, then you have an issue with the HUD.

I don't recall ever seeing the odometer in my HUD. The HUD is displayed in the windshield and the DIC is displayed below the speedometer. The DIC shows odometer, trip odometer, etc. As another note, all C5 Corvettes have a DIC but not all have the HUD.
Controls for the HUD are located to the left of the speedometer on the dash. The DIC buttons are located to the right of the speedometer. Which one are you referencing?
