Just purchased some new seat foam (sport seat bottom) from a Forum vendor and I am very disappointed with the quality. The velcro was glued on and came off as soon as I tried to the put the cover back on.
My question is who sells high quality seat foam that has the Velcro molded into the foam? Will I need to purchase new OEM foam? I would like this seat rebuild to last more than a couple months.

I bought probably the same foam as you. Ended up buying seat bottom foam from Ecklers and the velcro is molded in. It even cost less then the high density foam with the glued on velcro.
I prefer to talk to the vendor before I publicly throw them under the bus. I tried their customer service and they are closed until after New Years so that will have to wait. Will PM you with the vendor name.

Could you please PM me also? I'm getting ready to do this also and I don't want to make the same mistake. Thanks in advance.

When I re-did the seat covers in the '00 I had, I got some replacement foam from Vette Essentials. It was high quality and sure made a difference in how the seats felt.
