C5 head noise
C5 2003 with 65,000 miles on it, engine STOCK.
The other day I was driving across Florida a distance of 200 miles at the speed of 90-100 Mph, 3 weeks later I heard a noise coming out of the engine heads below the engine cover clearly
. The car runs but it shakes in low and first gear, the engine symbol is coming out flashing and the air condition stop working.
Does anyone have an idea of what can this be ?

It could be a number of things but I believe if the CEL is flashing that means a cylinder is misfiring. Which sounds like broken valve spring, broken rocker arm, bad lifter etc etc etc. or it could be as simple as a bad plug wire. Pull the codes and report back.
