loosing voltage when using electonics!!

loosing voltage when using electonics!!
when i turn the bass up on my aftermaket system the lights dim with bass
when i start the car the voltage is 10.5 and then goes up to 13.2
today it only went up to 13.0
when i press the window or unlock button the voltage shoots down to 11.9
anybody can help me please?

I would check the date on your battery, if its old could not be holding a charge like it once was. I would move to checking all the grounds next making sure they are clean. I would also get some electric cleaner and clean your alt connection where it plugs in, could be dirty contacts..if all else fails could be a faulty alt. and may need to be replaced!
