Default Pop up headlight LED?

Does anyone make a pop up headlight LED? Been searching for it, nothing pops up. I have noticed that they call it projector. love my headlights just want them to look like newer vehicles. They don't even make a halo anymore from what I have found. Maybe I can spark a interest if there is no one that knows of a pop up LED or even Halo.

I think one of the forum vendors makes an LED halo option for their projector HID assemblies. You should be able to do a forum search and find it.

Couple pictures from a recent customer (FrankLP)

We sell the kit for $265 shipped. I know it's not LED, but it's HID.

Thank you all very much. I really like these headlights can't wait to get my bonus from work to get these. I can't believe I didn't find these. Are they easy to install?

Let me know when your ready to order

They are pretty easy to install. I've done it a few times so I can do it in under an hour. Here's a link with pictures etc.

These are the led high beams they are white instead of the yellow looking stock style bulbs, I would post a pic at night but they are so bright it's hard to get a good picture.

Cheap halogen projectors instead of true HID projectors (crappy light distribution as a result), no bi-xenon function for better high beam output.

Hey Bud - That post from Quik Z06 was 4 years ago. His site doesn't even mention carrying them anymore. I know JW has a version of the lower dollar kit, and of course, George (RadioFlyer), has the market cornered on the ultimate high end versions.

High output LED bulbs are great for high beams, but there are three problems with using them for low beams in the C5:

1) The headlight control module looks for an amperage draw/drop when the headlights are turned on/off in order to cycle the headlights up/down. With low output HID and all LED kits, the headlight control module will not open/close the headlights. (Some companies offer a headlight resistor which essentially converts 50w of power into heat....which is in my opinion a fire hazard)

2) LED bulbs typically do not produce the sharp patterns needed for a quality low beam. While tremendous strides have been made in focal length, centralized LED arrays etc to get a truly appropriate pattern, you need a headlight designed for and with LEDs.

3) The folding mechanism of the C5 headlights and the fact that most high-output LED bulbs have large active cooling systems attached to the bulb make them a clearance problem when installed in the low beam location.

I saw the post - "We sell the kit for $265 shipped. I know it's not LED, but it's HID" and got excited about the price. I then saw that its from 2014 (thanks mrmagloo!)

The only replacement headlight assembly I see is the $650 set on Radio Flyer - unless I've missed something....
