Could any of you fine gentlemen who are handy with photoshop do a quick job to show me what a couple sets of wheels would look like on my ride?

Ive got a silver 98 C5 and was going to go with the chrome C6 wheels but I think now I want to go with a comp gray z06 wheel now. I also like the comp gray spyder wheels. I'll post pics of my car and the 2 wheels I'm leaning toward in a minute. Thoughts? Opinions?

As a side note I wanted to send out a general thank you to the forum. I've dealt with several folks on PM and bought lots of stuff already (vararam, blackout kit, screen kit, skip shift elim, short throw shifter, etc.) and everyone has been so helpful. I was a mod at tahoeyukonforum for awhile when I have my Tahoe. I've always modded my cars and this vette will be no exception. This place has been amazing so far.

99% of Forum members hate the OEM Wagon Wheel with a strong passion.

They look OK on your car, they really do !

Have we, or will we soon, get past the timeline gap that Wagons will finally signify a well preserved car ?

It has been 15 years now, and my minority opinion here is that Wagons can now gain a little respect.

Here's some pics....

Photoshopping with the pics you provided is not going to have good results. The pics of your car are at horrible angles, and not like the angles of the wheel pics you provided. Plus, the white balance on your car photos requires a lot of correction making your silver look blue...so, any properly balanced wheel photo is going to look off compared to your car.

With that said, searching for pics to get an idea is a lot better...

Personally, if you lower your car a touch and put on the spiders, I think it'll look good. Either wheel looks good on a C5 though...bigger wheels fill out the wheels wells nicer, then lowering a touch finishes it off. Mine is on black C6Z's. Mine is at the bottom. Hard to get a good pic of black wheels on a car, but in person, all cleaned up they look damn good. Black is more of a "modded" look, while the grays have more of a sporty/factory appearance...it's all in what you like.

I also suggest getting the depo front corner lights like I have when you get wheels...they look much cleaner. I have the black housings...made a big difference if you look at my current car vs my pre-wrapped pic.
